Very original and creative. I can see, there are some words at the ribbons - would you tell us those words?

Thank you Georg, The writing on the ribbons are different phrases that "hook me in" to having those same old feelings of helplessness or anger or defensivness. Phrases that catch me off guard and lead me to act in a way that is not very "adult-like" - more like a little girl. Creating this has hopefully made me more aware when those triggers happen to NOT get hooked into the same old dance. : )
