Who ARE all these brilliant people?
And how can they paint these things without being hauled off for vandalizing schtuff?
And do taggers and other conventional graffitistas mark these sorts of things with their outlaw tags, or is there a tacit respect from outlaw to outlaw?
That's what I want to know...
